About the Job

As our new Overhead Controlling intern within Danone you will be challenged to perform on the highest level possible. As part of the Finance team you will be responsible for all the cross charges for Danoners who work various business units or are expats. You will work closely with the FCF & Overhead Controller, who will support and guide you throughout this internship as you navigate the different responsibilities of your position.

Your responsibilities:

·  Responsible for the cross charges for the different entities and for the expats within Danone;
·  Create purchase orders and make good receipts ;
·  Invoice creation;
·  Creation of accruals related to people costs;
·  Database maintenance;
·  Creating T&E reports;
·  Assistance in creating Compensation and Benefits (C&B) reports;
·  Ad hoc tasks related to OVH (non-standard analysis, requests from the Business);

Aside from these tasks you will have the opportunity to support the team in transversal controlling projects.

About You

We are searching for a candidate who has an open personality, is enthusiastic and not afraid to connect with team members and stakeholders from different countries and cultures when necessary. You strive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of handling multiple tasks at one time. Your eye for detail, excel skills and analytical mindset will enable you to produce accurate results of high quality the first time, which is a crucial element of this role. Staying well organized, being able to prioritize and able to work autonomously will help you succeed in this role.

In addition, you must meet the following requirements:

·  You are enrolled as a bachelor/master student for the whole duration of the internship (if you are not an EU-citizen then you must be enrolled at a Dutch university)
·  You are fluent in English – written and verbal
·  You are willing to relocate/travel to Hoofddorp, NL.
·  You are available to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 5-6 months – 5 days a week
