CONTEXT

Danone IS/IT organization (Dan'IS) is looking for an Network Security Architect M/F in the GTI Operational Security team.

ABOUT THE JOB

Reporting to the Network Security Service Line Manager, your main missions will be:

·  Lead the definition of IT Security standards with focus on network security and endpoint protection in compliance with existing Security Policy and Strategy
·  Cooperate with vendors and MSSP on project delivery and continuous improvements in provided services
·  Manage day to day operations & level 3 support (interaction with MSSP, Service Management and local IT teams) in accordance to IT Service Management best practice
·  Identify and resolve issues as they develop. Understand trends, initiate and manage corrective action on problems to prevent them from recurring related to IT Security experience.
·  Manage escalations by efficiently communicating with upper management and business representatives
·  Participate in creation, maintenance and review of technical documents/deliverables (HLD, LLD)
·  Elaborate IT Security master plan with capacity planning and demand management
·  Perform technology evaluation, proof of concept for introduction of new IT Security solutions
·  Proactively create and maintain documentation, guidelines and recommendations
·  Establish and run periodic security infrastructure audits and perform actions leading to security infrastructure hardening
·  Perform risk and impact analysis for managed activities and escalate to upper management and security representatives when required
·  Prepare project briefs with estimations of timeline, cost and resources for successful project delivery
·  Ensure smooth transfer from project to operations by building the service around developed solutions

The position is based in Saint-Ouen until September 2020, then in Rueil-Malmaison

ABOUT YOU

Technical and personal skills needed:

Throughout understanding of IT Security concepts with at least 3 years’ experience in following areas:

·  Firewalling, IDS/IPS
·  Remote access solutions (SSL VPN, IPSec)
·  Web Content Filtering
·  Industrial Security
·  Endpoint Protection

Strong network technical skills (routing, switching)

Good understanding of security concepts for different types of environments: on premise, virtual and cloud

Independence and responsibility in action

Excellent communication skills with internal Danone people and external suppliers

Creative thinking and innovation in proposing ideas, willing to lead approved ideas on becoming live

Fluent in French & English
