DanIS ISEA is a Business Services which provides IS and IT support across 8 countries to 7 Business Units, 1 R&D and 1 Regional Commercial Office (based in Singapore), dominated by ELN Division. We are building a team, growing across India and South East Asia to support our organization every step of the way. We're business partners, thinking partners, and we are one team.

Sales & Marketing Domain is part of our team, we work closely with the business to drive transformation and growth by evolving and stabilizing our solution. We manage the Sales Force Automation, Sales & Distribution, Trade Promotion & Digital Marketing solutions used across all our business units. This includes but is not limited to solution like Websites and Marketing Campaign in Adobe Experience Manager platform, Consumer Database Integration, Astute Consumer Relationship Management, NewsPage DMS & SFA, IQVIA SFA (built on SalesForce platform), Trade Promo Management Systems, SAP ERP, Microsoft Business Intelligence and others.

The Business Solution Analyst will proactively manage the evolution of existing applications and day to day support, participate in projects for the development of new applications and processes to ensure an optimal and sustainable IS service delivery which meets or exceeds business expectations in all aspects of Danone's businesses in India & South East Asia for the Sales & Marketing Domain, considering but not limited to:

·  Customer service excellence
·  Application management
·  Project and portfolio management
·  Governance processes

This role will focus on projects & day to day support of Digital topics in Sales and Marketing domain which is about Website, Marketing Campaign Application, Consumer Database, Consumer Relationship Management, Web & Mobile Application Development and data exchange between those applications.

In the future, this role will also be exposed to support/projects that create business value out of the data gathered. This role will also have opportunities to initiate/be involved in digital topic of other domains e.g. chatbot for Human Resource, Internet of Things for Manufacturing.

This post provides opportunities to work in a multinational team and environment. There might be an element of travel (including overnight stay) to the various sites across the India & South East Asia Cluster.

You will have a great opportunity to contribute to the road-map and strategy in the Sales & Marketing process but also help to shape and influence the Asia Pacific Regional Application Map. It's a great chance to work alongside business stakeholders helping them to ensure sustainability and efficiency of the business processes. On top of that you will be positively impacting the performance of the CBU and will contribute to simplification of the complex processes. You will be joining a very dynamic environment where every individual is empowered to launch and/or take part in different initiatives. Additionally, you will be given opportunity to grow through empowering leadership and contribution to the Sales & Marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

·  Execute L1 IS support, conduct need analysis with key users and propose IS solutions to business processes.
·  Convert requirements to business processes and application design in a global and shared business environment.
·  Work with solution providers and various IS/IT team locally, regionally and globally to ensure delivery on time with expected functionality.
·  Follow-up on post implementation of project and provide L1 IS support.
·  Provide and develop/contribute knowledge of business process and applications for his/her domain and ensure applications documentation and users ownership.
·  Identify opportunities for applications’ evolutions based on analysis of existing applications efficiency and be able to propose applications’ optimization actions to meet business needs and IS/IT standards.
·  Participate/assist in IS projects as decided in the Master Plan when required. In some instances, lead in assigned small IS projects.
·  Educate and influence the business. Challenging existing business practices and drive changes to technology enabled best practices.
·  Level 1 Support for Websites, Marketing Applications and Customer Relationship Manager in India and South East Asia.
·  Keep IS Service Level as agreed.

Key requirement

·  Excellent stakeholder management
·  Able to prioritize the needs of the stakeholder based on the respective domains processes
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Experienced in Web Application & Application Programming Interfaces (API) development
·  Experienced in Mobile Application development (Android/IOS)
·  Experienced in Consumer Relationship Management system.
·  Understanding data science is a plus.
·  Understanding online marketing is a plus.

Additional requirements:

·  Languages required and level: English, Fluent with Business Level written and spoken.
·  Similar position experience of at least 3-5 years.
·  University degree, Business Information System or Computer Science field preferred.
·  Has involved in initiating new / enhance processes for the business / domains for better efficiency.
