DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate/manage/participate to operational projects such as :
Application of the CAA group Process Methodology : with the relevant stakeholders, lead the interviews, design the processes, identify and propose improvements
Work on harmonization, alignment of processes within the teams
Operational tools improvements (audit of the existing, need requests, assistance to implementation, testing)
Operational partners and TPA mapping to build for harmonization and monitoring
Return post analysis and associated proposals

Identify improvements in all operations area : specify requirements and pilot the ROI for improving effectiveness of current processes
Perform root cause analysis of problems, conduct workshops and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into functional requirement specification
Participate to the projects linked to our quality system (“démarche qualité”)
Quality & Service Reporting
Assist with the creation, preparation and optimisation of reportings for Operations department
Analyse and explain SLA and reports results with the relevant stakeholders
Communication support to the Head of Operations
Preparation of communication material for meetings and events

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
o French and English fluency
o Methodical, excellent skills in Word/Excel/Powerpoint, excellent communication skills.
o Experience in working abroad and exposure to different cultures (desirable but open to it)
o Good organizational skills
o Business process optimization and modelization experience is a plus
