Job Description:

The Provisioning Manager role will lead a distributed team of provisioning technicians of both mobile devices and computers. This team serves the US and Canada, handling technology purchases and deployments in the areas of customer-facing computing hardware, wireless telephones, asset management, software license management, and overall lifecycle management of same.

Duties/Essential Functions:

* Coach, mentor and train a distributed team of Provisioning Analysts to ensure that our internal customers’ needs are addressed and your employees are engaged.
* Lead the provisioning team to proactively purchase and coordinate the deployment of computers and mobile devices, both new and replacements.
* Work with the provisioning team to purchase and deploy licenses and upgrades for desktop software.
* Ensure the delivery of world class service by actively engaging our customers
* Work directly with business controllers on annual budget planning for PC and mobile device refresh cycles.
* Responsibility for management of both hardware and software assets and the database used to manage them.
* Establish and maintain consistent processes and procedures for the effective administration and review of the above items.
* Ensure that processes and policies are adhered-to, using regular audits to maintain accountability.
* Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Manage vendor relationships with hardware, wireless, logistics and service providers as part of overall efforts to reduce cost.
* Analyze trends to improve both the provisioning process and customer onboarding.
* Actively participate as part of the Infrastructure Group and ISS Management Team, working on tasks and projects that improve the overall organization.
* Manage team performance related issues throughout the year, culminating in your leadership of the annual performance review process.


Skills/Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
* 3+ years of team supervision & management.
* Experience with asset management, lifecycle management, refresh planning, analytics, budgeting and contract negotiation.
* Demonstrated ability to write and maintain processes and procedures.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
* The ability to develop partnerships and influence peers.
* Ability to work independently.
* Acts responsibly and holds themselves accountable for their performance.
* Takes the initiative to fill whatever need they see.
* Makes decisions quickly.
* Treats everyone with respect and is a model of integrity.
* Is a quick learner and problem solver.
* Some international travel required, primarily to Canada.
* Preferred: Fluency in French would be beneficial.
* Preferred: ITIL certification, with proven knowledge of CMDB best practices.
* Preferred: ServiceNow experience
