Job Description:

A VIE for a HR Project Management position has arisen within Airbus in Miami, Florida. You will join the Human Resources department for 18 months.

The VIE will report to the Head of HR for Latin America and will work in relationship with the HR Business Leaders from the countries in Latin America where Airbus operates, and specific Regional Communities of Practice (CoP) Leaders, might also interact with CoPs from Europe.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Inclusion and Diversity

Provide support to the Inclusion & Diversity Regional Focal Point (Osiris Nascimento). Participate in meetings and track action items, follow-up for team objectives and priorities.
Propose local and regional awareness events in coordination with regional POC
Prepare presentations and support specific studies related to Inclusion & Diversity
Participate in the I&D meetings in the US, learning from the US strategies that could be implemented in Latin America
Employee Experience (EX)

Work on mapping all actions related to Employee Experience in order to propose action plan for the Region
Learn about the MWE (my Work Environment) results, local in-country plans and action tracking
Follow up on key EX strategic actions
Develop

Provide support to the Develop Regional Focal Point (Ana Molina). Participate in meetings and track action items, follow-up for team objectives and priorities.
Prepare presentations and support specific studies related to Inclusion & Diversity
Participate in the Regional Focus Review preparation, and actions follow up
Responsibility and Sustainability

Attend R&S monthly forum
Follow up on R&S actions in the region such as Flying Challenge Mexico and Brazil
Support the development of the regional Responsibility and Sustainability committee. Participate in meetings and track action items, follow-up for team objectives and priorities.
Prepare presentations and support specific studies related to Responsibility and Sustainability
HR Data and more

Provide support gathering data from the countries
Track specific actions, prepare presentations in coordination with Regional Develop Focal Point
Coordinate Regional monthly meetings with in-country HRBLs and Communities of Practice Regional Leaders
This role could involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

You have the following skills and experience:

Educated to Master’s Degree level (or equivalent) in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Have previous experience in HR field and project management of 1 year at least.
Spanish : advanced
English : advanced
Notions of Portuguese are a plus
Digital mindset
Microsoft Office pack
Open mindset and willingness to work in an international working environment
