Responsibilities:

- Calculation of turnover, including accounting valuation methods
- Creation, checking and maintenance of all project-relevant data in the ERP system
- Creation and prompt dispatch of invoices
- Permanent monitoring of the order status on the projects
- Monitoring, control and, if necessary re-posting of project-related costs in the ERP system
- Support in the preparation of project-related rolling forecasts
- Support in the preparation of quotations and calculation of new projects
- Preparation of project-related reporting and regular participation in the project review
- Close cooperation with the project managers
- Contact person of the project managers and business managers in all project-related issues and close cooperation with the industry controller

Required profile:

- Successfully completed business studies with a Focus on controlling and/or Finance
- Experience in Finance or Controlling through internships or similar
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- You are a european citizen under 28 years old
