Faurecia Innenraum Systeme is recruiting for its production site in Peine:
VIE as Junior  FES (Faurecia Excellence System) and Productivity Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities are:

The mission FES&P plant junior engineer is to contribute to plant performance and profitability with direct labour focus and the FES operating principles application

- Support the provision of FES knowledge based on lean manufacturing principles to achieve operational business targets
- Assist the FES manager by providing FES knowledge and skills to the plant team through training coaching and education.
- Contribute to the plant MOD cost improvement plan
- Assist the manager with routing and coefficient data management methodology is correctly applied and respected, for direct standard and actual labour cost accuracy
- Support FES network animation in the plant by proposing and promoting best practices within the Plant
- Support the implementation of FES improvement tools for production reliability

Skills:

• Master degree in engineering or Business Administration
• Fluent in English, good level of German required
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Self-starter with good organizational skills and assertiveness
• International mindset
• First experience in a production plant is a plus
