Poste et missions:
Atos Group International Mobility Team is offering challenging opportunities for a VIE Position within our International Mobility team based in Zaventem (Brussels) in Belgium
After a training of 3 months at our headquarters in Bezons, you will then be based at our Zaventem office, just outside Brussels in Belgium.

You will be involved in the International Mobility transformation program which is divided into two pillars: new International Mobility Delivery Model and New International Mobility Technology. As such our International Mobility VIE includes but is not limited to the following activities:

- Supporting the end-to-end assignment life-cycle (from assignment initiation to assignment termination),

- Supporting transition from the current model to the new model, including the outsourcing of the international mobility activities,

- Supporting the implementation of new processes,

- Supporting the revision of Global Mobility Policies,

- Supporting implementation of new IM technology.

Profil:

As an International Mobility VIE, the applicant will be expected to have:

- Graduated Bac + 5 in HR, International HR or law,

- Excellent French and English language skills – Dutch or/and German would be a plus,

- Good interpersonal and organizational skills,

- Good with numbers,

- Adaptability to change,

- Experience with Microsoft Office,

- Strong communication skills are essential to ensure coordination with the different stakeholders,

- Previous experience in the field of HR/International Mobility and or Program Management would be a plus.
