Poste et missions:

Reporting to the CFO Middle East & India, the Finance Project Coordinator is in charge of adapting and implementing two major finance projects:

- E-invoicing (Basware)- T&E management
Your main responsibilities are:

Lead the day to day implementation of Basware (e- invoicing solution) and T&E Management solution.
Coordinate and animate meetings and workshops throughout the projects implementation.
Be the main support for the finance team and end-users throughout trainings (creation, organization, animation and follow-up).
Design & structure all the presentations for the weekly financial meetings.
Work closely with the Paris team (SI & Global Procurement department), to build from their experience and their input on these transformational projects.

Profil:

You are a Master degree graduate from a Business school/Engineering school, with a specialization in Finance. You have a minimum of 1 year experience working on a finance system and/or transformational project. You have strong accounting knowledge and very solid skills in information systems. Moreover, you are highly organized and have excellent communication skills.

Fluent in English
