CONTEXT AND MISSIONS:

Groupe SEB USA, the US subsidiary of Groupe SEB, is currently looking for a V.I.E as Junior Financial Analyst, based in Parsippany in New Jersey.

The V.I.E will support the Finance Manager NAFTA & NLA as a key business partner through several main missions:

Participate in the consolidation of the Americas monthly reporting and give key insights to the continental management about the performance of the markets vs. LY and Budget
-Sales and SGM (Standard Gross Margin)
-Variances, OCS (Other Cost of Sales) and OPEX
-WCR (Working Capital Report), A/R (Accounts Receivables) and A/P (Account Payables)

Support and analyze the continent planning activities, sending alerts when major discrepancies are noted:
-Budget process
-Forecast preparations
-Strategic Roadmaps

Develop and improve monitoring tools to follow up the performance of the markets and continent

Lead and assist with financial reporting process within the continent:
-Weekly sales estimate
-Letter of the month

PROFILE:

Recently graduated with a Business or Engineering degree, with a specialization in Finance/Controlling/Accounting
Minimum 12 months’ experience in Finance/Controlling missions (through internships or post graduate experience)
Strong analytical skills, with a global vision to drive business, provide results analysis and recommendations
Ability to work to deadlines, detail orientation, flexibility
Abilty to communicate well and autonomously in an international and multi-cultural context
Strong expertise in Excel and database management
Fluency in English. French and other languages are a plus

This V.I.E position will start in April 2020.
