Mission
SIRADEL is growing its activities in North America around 5G and Smart City deployments. In that context, you will be participating in the support of SIRADEL customers in North America (USA and Canada), support of pre-sales activities and contribute to consulting projects. In collaboration with the product team, you will also contribute in the monitoring and enhancement of SIRADEL connectivity software products.

Tasks
-Provide level 1 & 2 support on SIRADEL comprehensive product portfolio (Software & GIS data)
-Participate in user testing and continuous improvement of the product quality
-Participate in the presentation of SIRADEL products and services to prospective customers
-Assist sales teams in the technical qualification and preparation of commercial offer
-Contribute to consulting projects in North America (Measurement campaigns, Wireless design studies)
-Participate in the exploration of new business opportunities suitable to the North American market (new features, new business models, etc…)

Qualifications and skills

Profile
-Master degree in electrical/computer engineering or equivalent diploma
-Past experiences with customer support or software support/testing
-Technical experience in Carrier Networks market (wireline, wireless, IoT), in GIS (Geographical Information Services) and in Smart City is a plus
-Experience in wireless network design/optimization (3G, 4G, WiFi, IoT), RF Planning tools (Atoll, Asset, etc.)
-Proven ability to quickly understand new high-tech technologies and business needs
The position based in Canada might require business travels to USA. It is required that the candidate can apply to the USA Visa Waiver program

Required Skills
-Fluency in English. Spanish is a plus.
-Excellent customer relationship to build solid long-term relations with customers. Previous experience in dealing directly with end-users and customers
-Able to work autonomously in small, multi-office teams where initiative and judgment are key
-Rigorous and excellent analytical/problem solving skills to analyse problems and perform root cause analysis
-Good knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, budget, timelines)
-Experience with SaaS, IT Cloud solution environment is a plus
