OMERIN GROUP the mother company (1100 collaborators in the world), the specialist for high performance cables search for his Heating Cable Business Unit, FLEXELEC, a technical back office sales representative to accelerate his growth.

Poste et missions:

Member of the team (4 people) you fully support our sales guy in the field and you are in charge of customer development thru product recommendation and pricing. You are passionated by promoting and selling industrial standard and technical solutions to the OEM, the wholesalers and the installers. Your skills to communicate and to drive telephone conversation are the keys of your success in our company.

For a successful collaboration you have to detect the customer need and to understand our client applications and their logistic organizations or constraints. You must share these information with your colleagues at Flexelec in order to bring back to our partners a first class company answer and service. English (or French) is the main language used in your communication with the mother company.

Pragmatic, inquisitive, pugnacious and well organized, you want the job because you are a developer.

Your main activities are:
To lesson and to understand customers calling you
To translate the need or application in a product answer
To price the solution and argue the advantage of your offer
To monitor and to optimize the UK customer data base
To report and to communicate with Flexelec thru the technical department, the sales department, the quality department, the logistic department and the management.
To participate to the exhibitions.
To strongly collaborate with the other team members

Profil:

Man or Woman, you are graduated in sales and/or technology and/or you are experienced in sales of technical electrical or thermal products in the B to B markets. You want to accomplish yourself thru the creation of added value to customer by proposing always the best solution and always thinking of what is hidden behind the demand, or how to propose a new and unexpected solution in front of the application.

We will train you to understand the company, our products and the applications during a couple of months in France at Lyon, as well to introduce yourself as a team member of FLEXELEC and OMERIN GROUP.
