Poste et missions:
The trainee will work closely with the HR Rewards & Operations team that supports UCB’s Global human resources (Rewards & Operations) departments with their technology and processes.
This includes identifying, supporting the digital solutions strategy, and portfolio of programs, projects, and applications. The scope include as well the support in HR data accesses and HR processes.

Profil:

The candidate will ideally be:
- Be interested by HR topics (Compensation, Personal Administration, Organizational Management,…)Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work in a small, collaborative team.
- Good communication skills - oral and written.
- Aware of Agile methodologies
- A problem solver
- Paying attention to Data Quality

Having an IT Background is a plus
