fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Your missions :

 - Participate in the implementation & monitoring of the Talent development processes for the HQ and CDA Valeo Site in Japan (R&D and Production)
- Ensure the right deployment of the Talent development tool box such as Annual Appraisal, Mid Year, Succession Development plan
- Promote active people review with a clear follow up of our pool of internal mobilities, Talent... 
- Support the salary reviews and internal moves by drafting the new situation proposal, preparing the job offers, write contracts/bonus&variable compensation letters
- Create/maintain employees data in PeopleSoft & support other users in the use of Peoplesoft
- Interviews for external short listed candidates, job offers, drafting of contracts plus administrative and onboarding follow up
- Participation in HR Development projects 
- Specific "relay" for Expatriate, VIE....
