MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be responsible for sourcing and following up the whole end-to-end recruitment process of candidates for the Adecco Group
• To do so, you will be partnering with Hiring Managers and Executives in order to fill vacancies effectively and efficiently
• You will be in contact with a varied range of stakeholders to gain a broad understanding of the Adecco Group and its work

WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• Together with the HR and Business departments, you will identify the needs and accordingly source potential suitable candidates on social media platforms like LinkedIn or Xing
• Besides actively looking for candidates, you will write and post job descriptions on several online platforms
• You will conduct and document first telephone interviews with candidates and introduce the most suitable candidates to Business Managers
• You will be responsible for your pool of candidates and for the follow up of their candidate journey
• You'll have contact with customers to best understand their needs

WHAT ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG:

• You have successfully completed your studies or an apprenticeship in Business Administration or Human Resources
• You have already gained a first experience as an apprentice or an intern in the field of recruitment and are passionate about recruiting
• You have very strong communication skills and a great team spirit
• You have a structured way of working as well as good organisation skills
• You are fluent in German (C1 level needed) and feel comfortable communicating in English as well (B2 level)
