fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will:

• Understand all Intys key competencies and search for the right candidates,
• Work closely with Business Managers and our recruitment team to look for candidates and create a large pool of qualified candidates,
• Help to identify, analyze and integrate the potential candidates,
• Be an Intys ambassador from your first contact with the candidates: by phone, mail, at career fairs or during interviews and throughout all the recruitment process,
• Monitor your candidates throughout the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, present them during our weekly meetings and give them regular feedbacks,
• Use efficiently all the tools at your disposal to recruit the future top talents to integrate our team (direct search, job boards, networking, job offers, job fairs…),
• Use your experience and knowledge to enhance all recruitment activities and work on the continuous improvement of our company
• And much more!

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with strong interpersonal skills, curious to learn more about people
• Someone with a first relevant experience in recruitment,
• Someone with a Master’s degree,
• Someone who speaks fluently French and/or Dutch and English,
• Someone willing to proactively take part to a competitive activity, able to give thoughtful insights and analysis of potential candidates,
• Someone who’s willing to learn and who has a passion for people,
• Someone with great presentation and communication skills,
• Someone who’s in for a challenging experience in an international and multicultural environment.
