Mission:

The Supervisor Quality Supply Chain leads and participates in several projects in the Country Quality organization (CQA) EMEA related with distribution and storage of drugs and medical devices.
The Supervisor Quality Supply Chain will lead and support as well activities to assure routine compliance to GDP in terms of transport and drive improvements.
The work location will be the Baxter Distribution center in Belgium but the Supervisor Quality Supply Chain will be requested to join workshops in countries across EMEA as well as have a temporary mission in the Baxter Jonage, Lyon warehouse.
One of the projects to support will be the European Union Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 (MDR)

Essential duties & responsibilities:

- Supervise and support activities to assure routine compliance to Good distribution practices in terms of storage and transportation and drive improvements.
- Provide support for all QA IT questions, issues, suggestion of improvements
- Coordinate and supervise Customer questions on MDR in the organization
- Support the CQA leads in ongoing global/regional SC/WH projects
- Lead and coordinate projects and work within the guidelines of organization's project office model, standard performance metrics, and regulatory guidelines to support, plan, monitor, control, and implement projects
- Support expert ERP user:
oManage the system to give access and training for users of QA critical applications
oMaintain JDE securities up to date and aligned with training requirements for QA users

Profile:

- Scientific Master's Degree or equivalent
- Strong leadership potential
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of Good Distribution Manufacturing Practices
- Experience in quality organization is an asset
