What is Robotic Process Automation?
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a non-intrusive software tool used to create, deploy and manage digital workers. Robots (digital workers) can eliminate timely data-entry, manipulate applications and communicate with other systems to replicate human interaction. They allow human workforces to free up their time to focus on less admin heavy tasks and the creative areas of their jobs.

About the role
We have a role for a RPA Analyst/Assistant to work within the OVF RPA team. This is a wide varying role that involves all areas of the RPA lifecycle through supporting the processes analysis, project activity, testing the processes, RPA reporting and sustaining deployed robot processes.
The successful candidate will demonstrable a strong analytical background and will possess the drive and determination to put the customer at the heart of everything they do.
The role will include exposure to other facets of the business, depending on the candidate’s skill-set.
We work with all areas of the OVF business and countries to support driving efficiencies through using RPA technology.

Profil:
Key accountabilities / responsibilities
Project Activity support the RPA Lead
• The monitoring and recording RPA project progress
• Drafting and updating project documentation
• Strengthening the RPA project processes and policies
• Project reporting
• Process Analysis support the RPA Process Lead through the process discovery stage by supporting the documentation of the current process state and future automation process flow.
• Contribute to the identification of improvements and efficiencies through the process stage
• Providing support through the User Acceptance Testing and the production phase to ensure the RPA process is efficient
• Supporting the management of the activities that are required for a RPA process to go live
• RPA Robot Management support the RPA Sustain Lead in the management, orchestrate and control the virtual workforce as part of the operational environment
• Monitoring all the RPA solutions that are in operation through the virtual control room
• Perform root-cause problem analysis if issues
• Ensure RPA solutions run without problems, that they have been scheduled for the right times

Required Qualities

Required Technical Skills:
• Process mapping/analysis
• Business Process Model and Notation
• MS Visio or similar process mapping software
• Desirable: Lean-Six-Sigma
