Poste et missions:

The Retail & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the analysis of the business while participating in the implementation of the Commercial & Marketing strategy.
The role will be shared between Dubai office on the reporting activity and the different points of sales of the region, for all in-store clienteling activations, regional events and Retail support.

Working in close collaboration with the other departments of Retail, Marketing, Sales, Training and Merchandising, the role will be reporting to the Managing Director and in direct contact with Headquarters team in Paris

• Responsible for creating reports, updating, interpreting and analyzing the regional Retail and Wholesale business on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Coordinate with partners to extract the market Sellin, Sellout, Stock, Retail KPIs and qualitative data.
• Delivering key recommendations and valuable comments on the state of the business while aiming for achieving the Sales objectives set.
• Supporting the implementation of a Marketing calendar in the region in collaboration with external partners, Merchandising teams and local sales teams.
• Local relay of communication between external partner marketing team and Paris headquarters on all demands and activities concerning Product, Media, Social Media, Events and client activations.
• Organizing and supporting local in-store activations: New launches, HJ presentations, trunk shows, celebrations, client appointments, Press & PR meetings, …).
• Coordinating the adaptation and delivery of Retail tools, Marketing, Training and VM materials to the office and for the region.
• Reporting on competitors and industry trends relating to business results, events, product launches, communication and media activities.
• Finding new partnerships and ideas to drive traffic, support the business and develop the client experience, in line with the brand image.
• Following up on Brand PR exposure on social media and propose ideas.
• Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role.

Profil:
• University Degree in Business or Marketing
• Proficient and quick in Excel templates building and analysis
• 2+ years of Retail Operations and/or Trade Marketing Experience in Luxury
• Understanding of Retail industry and business KPIs (previous sales experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills
• Multi-Task and organization skills
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Positive and energetic
• High standard in terms of image and quality
• Keen awareness of jewellery and watches or any luxury product
• Fluent in English
• French speaking is a plus
• Arabic speaking is a plus
