WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

Recruiters are the starting point of a professional career at Modis. You are motivated to find the right candidate and try to do so in the most effective way: picking up the telephone and calling candidates! You will be:

- Be in contact with the Business Units and enquire about the clients' needs
- Screening candidates, conducting first interviews with them and using your powers of persuasion to awaken their interest in working for Modis IT or Engineering
- You will continuously supply qualified candidates to the Business in accordance with the profiles requested by clients

In fact, you are a born detective, always looking for the last piece of the puzzle in our client's complex issues, the CANDIDATE!

WHICH ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG:

- First and foremost, you have a winner's mentality!
- You have gathered a first experience in recruitment or have studied HR or a related topic
- You are interested in the IT industry or have already worked in a related field
- You master the English language (C1 level)
- Knowledge in an additional language such as French or Dutch is a plus

Duration: between 12 and 24 months
