iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Public Private Partnerships Alliance Junior Manager - VIE Contract (W/M) (D)

The Global Alliance Management Public Private Partnerships Team is actively sourcing, implementing, managing these alliances, including monitoring timelines and supervising timely achievement of the deliverables and milestones. The VIE will be a fully integrated team member and part of all relevant departmental meetings ; will be interacting with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders during the setting-up and the management of large and complex public-private partnership consortia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The VIE position will contribute to the Alliance Management team’s mission:

- Strengthening Sanofi’s external innovation capacity by supporting the alliance management of public private partnerships
- Supporting effectively and results-oriented the preparation and implementation of complex public private partnership consortia with external partners for Sanofi Research&Development and affiliates
- Over viewing and documenting the corresponding alliance portfolio
- Monitoring of project progress based on relevant Key Performance Indicators and milestones
- Providing periodical reporting on project status and progress
- Proactive management in the case of issues arising in alliances
- Updating profiles in reporting and project documentation tools and other tracking systems
- Establishing one-page executive partnership briefs

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

- Scientific or Medical/Pharma degree
- Additional Master of Business Administration or other business/legal degree will be considered as a plus

Experience:

- First experience in alliance management, contracting, intellectual property management
- Experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sectors and the drug development process will be considered as a plus

IT skills:

- Knowledge of MS Office

Soft skills:

- Ability to build cross-functional and external relationships and to communicate with partners in academic institutions and small and medium-sized enterprises
- Good organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent team player
- Capability to build teams of stakeholders with different backgrounds internally and externally
- Willing to work under tight deadlines and to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Languages:

- Fluency in English (TOEIC/TOEFL preferred)
