THE IT DEPARTMENT

Mantu’s Information System and Technology department was established in 2007 at the creation of the group. From the very beginning, Mantu positioned itself as an independent corporation, both financially and technology speaking - hence the group success, based not only on an organic growth but also on IT solutions.The IT and IS department has been supporting Mantu and its brands to become one of the leaders in the consulting world.

The IT and IS Department gathers more than 300 talented and highly skilled people in more than 12 countries, with major hubs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vienna, Tunis, Mauritius, Bucharest and Medellin, covering all time zones worldwide 24/7.

The main goal of the IT and IS Department is to provide internal innovative solutions to support the group’s strategy, for more than 6500 users (employees of the Group) worldwide thanks to 200 web and mobile applications composing our global ERP and several IT services including helpdesk support, system & network management, messaging, telephony, security management, cloud infrastructure and business intelligence.

THE VIENNA HUB

Our Austrian hub is hosting our best engineering team from multiple discipline, system architect, VoIP expert, Infrastructure , Software architect, Database engineer or Software development: you will be in a hub of experts.

YOUR ROLE

As part of the Network Department, your main responsibilities will be the deployment, the maintenance, and the support of the network infrastructure for the whole group.
You will be responsible for performing administration tasks related to our Network infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, ASA/Pfsense Firewalls, Unify WiFi controller…). In addition of your exploitation tasks, you will lead some projects for the evolution of our global infrastructure and work with a worldwide team to bring our service on the next level of excellence.

SCOPE

-Support, maintain and optimize our local offices LAN.
-Resolve incidents, implement, and participate in the problem resolutions.
-Design, develop and deploy new router solution for our offices to ensure a better security and high level of services.
-Firewall Data Center administration and Cloud -Networking (Interconnexion, Express route management, BGP/OSPF routing)
-Implement service and system monitoring, alerting, and reporting.
-Define and develop documented procedures.
-Create new automation process by scripting administrative tasks and improve our current Network as code solution.  

WHAT THE NETWORK DEPARTMENT DO

We provide network connectivity for our offices (85 across 55 countries). We deploy routing, switching, internet line, printer for our offices.
We also handle cross-department project related to network, like VPN for customer access by our consultant or deployment of a specific network for a building.

-English: Fluent
-Diploma: Master, engineer, BAC+5 minimum
