Your role
We're looking for a curious and passionate engineer who can support our engineering projects with our customers in Germany.
You have already gained experience in the Aerospace/ Automotive Industry as Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer or HW Tester? Read on!
As part of the International Team of Amaris Experts & Consultants in this role you will:
• Design and adapt individual components and entire assemblies
• Create models and drawings
• Provide technical control of project teams and technical guidance from colleagues
• Develop standards, methods, design rules and tools for construction

Your profile
You bring along:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on automotive or avionic engineering
• Sound knowledge in the design and construction of mechanical machines
• Proficiency with CAD systems like CATIA V5, Siemens NX or comparable tools
• Good general understanding of the mechanical structures
• Good design skills and knowledge of materials, surface and heat treatment
• Experience in design failure mode and effects analysis, as well as noise, vibration and harshness studies
• Experience in planning and controlling project teams and external suppliers
• Ideally Experience in the design of prototypes or turbomachinery components including rotor dynamic and thermodynamic requirements of turbomachinery
