fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Purpose

Assist the Senior Project Engineer and follow-up directly on site the proper execution of the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installation works activities.
The M&E scope of works on the WestConnex Stage 3A (WCX3A) project includes: Electrical Power Supply system, Fire detection/suppression systems, Tunnel ventilation, HVAC, comms, SCADA, and various buildings MEP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity measurement and prepare Bill of Quantity
• Verify technical submission and material / samples submission from sub- contractor by checking if the submissions are in compliance with the specification and design criteria and Wiring Regulation, local electricity ordinance and relevant Standards.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and design team to meet technical requirements
• Prepare detail drawings of the final circuits of electrical system
• Prepare rolling programme for site activities
• Supervises and monitors subcontractors / workers in installation
• monitor the site progress, to ensure the work schedule meet the milestone.
• Plan and forecast logistics and delivery of materials and equipment required for the installation works on site,
• Report day-to-day construction and installation issues on site,
• Coordinate with civil fit out team and relevant parties in E&M services installation;
• Ensure quality compliance of M&E installation by checking the workmanship and material compliance
• Follow-up and ensure accuracy of As-Builts documentation,
• Supervised testing and commissioning of equipment and system,
• prepare test reports and operation & maintenance manuals.

Requirement
• Bachelor or higher with ideally 2 years of relevant work experience in the construction sector.
• Good communications & interpersonal skills
• Good computer and IT skills
