REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :2525€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Poste et missions:
North America Region is a cornerstone in the new Vallourec footprint. The operational ambitions of VAM USA threading plants are very high. The main vision is to reduce the cost and improve the performance in order to be more competitive.
In that context the Process Engineer is a key resource who will allow to speed up key performance project in VAM USA and staff up temporarily the production and method team during this improvement journey.

• Ramp-up specific objectives:
a. Cycle time reduction for fast running products
b. Follow / Lead working groups / CITs to improve
safety on the threading lines
c. Follow / Lead working groups / CITs to increase the
OEE on different production lines
d. Lead benchmark with other shops to reduce manpower.
• Manage the monthly follow-up and quarterly steering of the benchmark action plan
The Process Engineer is supervised by the production manager and will be working directly with the production, methods and maintenance engineers.
He will have a close relationship with the benchmark leader from Process Community Threading and VAM TCC focal.
