Description :

The aim of the General Secretary is to Contribute to the Corporate strategy and enable the successful completion of business, by mapping and managing legal risks within Mantu.
As a Legal HR Officer you will be responsible to provide accurate as well as timely legal support and advice for countries on a specific geographical scope in the various domain of Social Labour Law.

You will be in charge of:

•Legal support in Social and Labour Law topics
•Drafting & reviewing employment agreements
•Risk analysis (Employment contract Clauses, Post-contractual obligations, Validity of documents, Breach of contractual obligations)
•Disciplinary procedures and Termination of Employment Contracts
•Employment Policies
•Legal support on Health & Safety topics

Ideal Profile :

You have a Master graduate in Corporate Law and/or Business Law.
You can work proficiently in English, French and Spanish.
You have had a minimum of 1-year experience in a related field in an international company or law firm.
You can grasp complex areas of law rapidly and accurately.
You know how to make research in national laws of different countries
You know how to prioritize and organize work effectively to meet deadlines.
You ensure legal knowledge up to date and be proactive in sharing this with the team.
You are problem solving oriented and able to work in an international business environment.
You are meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently.
