Your Mission

Our Faurecia Interior Business Group – North American Division, is looking for you as a Faurecia Excellence System (FES) & Production Engineer m/f for our site in Saline, Michigan, USA.

In the framework of your mission, you will contribute to achieve operational business. You will be accountable for the construction and achievement of an efficient productivity plan and you will pilot and animate FES network.

The mission will last 18 months.

We are looking for someone with a strong Engineer background and great organization skills.

Your role and responsibilities?

Define FES and Production priorities to achieve plant targets
Perform shop floor diagnosis and define recommendations
Ensure that FES principles are applied
Support the plant manager : FES deployment plan definition, implementation and tracking
Be an active change agent within sites

Who are you?

Master’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain
Fluent in English
Mini one year experience within a production environment, recognized experience and ability to improve process KPIs within a plant department by using FES principles
Good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer’s skills
Strong sense of teamwork
