Your Mission

Our Faurecia Automotive Seating – Europe Seating Division, is looking for you as a Lean Manufacturing & Productivity Engineer m/f for our site in Trnava, Slovakia.

In the framework of your mission, you will contribute to achieve operational business. You will be accountable for the construction and achievement of an efficient productivity plan and you will pilot and animate Faurecia Excellence System (FES) network.

The mission will last 12 months.

We are looking for someone with a strong Engineer background and great organization skills.

Your role and responsibilities?

Define FES and Production priorities to achieve plant targets
Perform shop floor diagnosis and define recommendations
Ensure that FES principles are applied based on 11 lean manufacturing principles
Support the plant manager: FES deployment plan definition, implementation and tracking
Be an active change agent within sites
