Your Mission

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group, North America Division is looking for you as a Junior Talent Acquisition m/f for our site of Southfield, Michigan, USA.

Mission will last 12 months.

We are looking for someone with strong organization and great communication skills.

Your role and responsibilities?

Your main missions will be :

Responsible for supporting local HR teams and conduct full life cycle recruitment : definition of the need, sourcing, interviewing coordination, selection and offer extension
Conduct recruitment activities in accordance with Faurecia recruitment management system and associated core procedures
Responsible for internal hiring newsletter and centralization of hiring KPIs and reporting
Promoting Faurecia’s employer brand

Who are you?

Master’s degree in human resources, business or related field of study
Fluent in English, any additional language is a plus
International mindset, previous overseas experience is a plus
Previous exposure to recruitment : sourcing and selection
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once
Ability to build a strong external network of recruitment experts
