YOUR MISSION
As part of the IT Team of Positive Thinking Company, you work together with a senior Product owner. The goal of the Product owner is to ensure continuous delivery of improvements of the PTC internal tools: CRM, HR Web App, ERP, O365, and others.
Backlog management
- Federate a community of key-users
- Organize and conduct workshops with key-users
- Gather and challenge user requirements
- Write functional specifications (User stories, use cases, flow diagram, mock-ups)
Development follow-up
- Sprint planning, dailies, sprint review, sprint retro
- Acceptance testing
- End-user support

YOUR PROFILE
Must have:
- A Master’s degree in management or engineering
- A first experience related to information system management
- Fluency in French and English
- Excellent oral communication skills: you are able to lead a workshop of 5 to 10 people, understand and challenge their requirements, give trainings to end-users, and explain complex things in a simple way.
- Excellent written communication skills: you are able to write user requirements and user guides both in French and English
- Good analytical skills: you like solving puzzles, you are interested in understanding how things work, you have affinity with IT and data management, you anticipate obstacles
- Creativity: you like to think outside the box and suggest ideas for improvements
- Proactivity and autonomy
Nice to have:
- Experience with any CRM
- Experience with BPMN or UML modelling (Flow diagrams, use cases)
- Experience with Design (wireframing, mock-ups)
- Experience with Data modelling
- Experience with Agile methods (backlog management, User stories)
