Air Liquide Procurement Department is evolving and strengthening its team in Asia Pacific with the aim to build and operate a world-class Global Procurement Organisation, sharing common processes and methodologies , building trust with internal stakeholders and generating solid results through negotiations and cooperation with Suppliers.
Digital technologies are also an important enabler to increase the contribution to efficiency and performance.

The Procurement Performance Team Coordinator has a critical role in creating a best in class
procurement organisation. Working in an international context the coordinator is the link between countries and Hub Procurement. he/she must help implement group standards, methodologies and digitalisation transformation while sharing his countries best practices and contributing to the performance of his organisation.

The Procurement Coordinator belongs to the Procurement Performance team and connects with members in Malaysia, Singapore, Japan and China, and reports to the APAC Hub Procurement Performance team Manager.

His / Her main missions will be:

? Implementation of a new Procure to Pay Platform in North East Asia Pacific Cluster .
? Support target and Monthly closing process for procurement
? Making ad-hoc analysis on Spend data, Processes to define improvement initiatives.
? Produce and track key performance indicators
? Implement Best practices in terms of governance and processes
? Support the Supplier relationship management and supplier audits.
? Liaise with Group Procurement team and countries Procurement teams and, when required, external providers, to implement or improve tools and processes..
? Support the Procurement digital roadmap

Profile :
? Master’s degree level
? Work experience in project management, purchasing department or similar functions.
? Motivated by transformational projects and continuous improvement.
? Proactive, target oriented and assertive personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders.
? Fluency in English, Japanese working level (JLPT N3/N2). Korean language is a plus.
? Proficient user of excel and powerpoint/ and their equivalents google spreadsheet and google docs to perform analysis and present their findings.
? ability to multitask and prioritize
? Time management skills
? Good analytical skills
? Knowledge with E-procurement platform would be a plus. e.g EPIC / Oracle

Position based in Tokyo (Japan) for an initial 12 month-period, renewable.

Position open only for candidates eligible to the VIE program. Therefore, only the applicants meeting the requirements of the French V.I.E program will be taken into consideration.
