Camso has been acquired by Michelin group and being now part of the leader in global mobility, we are seeking for a Junior HR transformation Analyst (18 months) to support the HR integration processes. You directly report to the HR Director EMEA.

Your challenge:
The Junior HR Transformation Analyst – EMEA (18 months) is a gate keeper in the Sales integration process providing in-depth HR analysis on compensations and benefits, provide relevant and meaningful reporting on progress state and enhance data gathering.
• Collect, compile and provide EMEA data in compliance with group guidelines;
• Support in job mapping, job categories and evaluation (10 EU countries);
• Support the contractual and total reward phase of Sales integration and transition;
• Contribute to business cases analysis such as transfer, legal entities mergers and individual alignment needed;
• Support deployment and integration into new Michelin processes;
• Help in moving from current HR IS to new HR IS (systems, training, follow up and data accuracy);
• Payroll transition (several payroll local systems to Michelin)

Profil:
• You have a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree;
• You bring in small experience in HR administration;
• You have a solid Compensation & Benefit background;
• You are able to compile and analyze HR analytics and HRIS data management;
• You have experience in dealing with more than one EU country, ideally worldwide exposure;
• You are ideally experienced in systems’ migration and companies’ transformation;
• You bring in a demonstrated business sense and customer focus orientation;
• You have strong organizational skills and analytical capacity;
• You communicate effective with peers, management, employees;
• You are self-motivated, take initiative and work with a minimum of supervision;
• You are a team player, work cooperatively with others to solve problems and willingly help others;
• You are fluent in English (additional EU languages knowledge it’s a plus)
