Your position and environment?

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for you as a VIE Junior HR Generalist m/f for our European Headquarters in Augsburg, Germany.

Your role and responsibilities?

Your main missions will be to
Being responsible for an employee population, e.g. students / graduates / temporary staff
Assist the local HR team in the implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up
Support in deployment and follow-up of annual processes (performance management, salary review ...)
Being responsible for one or several specific topics, like international mobility or employee empowerment
Act as contact person for employees to ensure efficient administration processes

The mission will last 12 months (renewable once up to 24 months).

Who are you?

Master’s degree diploma in HR or Business School with HR specialization

Fluent in English, minimum of intermediate level of German

A first experience in the HR function within an industrial environment

Good MS office and IT skills, experience in SAP Success Factors is a plus

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive continuous improvement mind set

Good organizational skills
