The Americas region continues to develop large / new logo opportunities for Unified Communication and Collaboration solutions which are both challenging in requirements and implementations. Digitalization solutions along with innovation in AI/Bots are critical to minimize the manual / human involvement however skills in these areas are minimal thus having local presence in region to support and promote such solutions is critical for the development of new business.

The intent to have the VIE initially in the USA located with other UCC Sales Experts to maximize knowledge transfer and skills in tools, processes and solutions however the VIE will support all of AME (North America and Latin America) hence the desire to have a candidate that is fluent not just in English but also in Spanish. Eventually after the first 12 month period, the intent will be to relocate the VIE in Latin America (specifically Santiago, Chile) where the skills he/she has mastered can be directly utilized locally to support sales and customer opportunity activity in Argentina, Chile and Mexico.

The Junior Business Development Manager role is critical to helping the UCC Domain Business Unit of Orange Business Services explore new developing markets and plan to grow profitable business. In this case – The VIE will focus on the Americas primarily USA, Canada, Chile, Argentina and Mexico.

Tasks:

a. Identify and create business opportunities to ensure growth in target accounts
¦ Develop pro-active action plans with sales.
¦ Manage target lists, must win lists, upselling to existing customers.
¦ Develop and execute sales campaigns & customer events to promote awareness and thought leadership around Orange Business Services’ solutions.

b. Support Senior Business Developer and account management team to win bids
¦ Help to qualify opportunities and define the scope of solutions.
¦ Develop bid response (RFI and RFP analysis) and prepare formal presentations.
¦ Support on pricing customization.
¦ Realize voice traffic analysis and assessments, savings evaluations.
¦ Train Sales and Presales forces to develop voice selling and product skills.
¦ Develop materials and presentations

c. Business intelligence: provide feedback on market and customers
¦ Work with pricing and product management to implement pricing models that balance value to the customer and profitability to Orange Business Services.
¦ Perform market analysis and review market trends, market pricing, competitive position.

d. Business analysis: provide recommendations to build the sales strategy
¦ Maintain pipeline and order forecasts on an ongoing rolling basis, and provide periodic status.
¦ Analyze wins/losses with customers/prospects and account team to identify leverage opportunities, key learning and best practices

Profile:

¦ Good communication and presentation skills
¦ Well organized and goal oriented person with good time management and the ability to handle multi projects and multi-customers environment simultaneously.
¦ Ability to analyze and synthesize large volume of data.
¦ Fast learner, team player, flexible, and can do attitude.
¦ Telecommunication knowledge is appreciated.
¦ Fluent English verbally and in writing needed
¦ Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook (optional: SalesForce, PowerPivot, Access
