We are looking for a Junior Analyst located in our office in Dallas.

Objectives
A combination of business insight and technical knowledge that will be used to develop and deliver dashboards, insights and reports in support of rapid decision-making. Under the supervision of the Regional Account Manager, you will focus on supporting the implementation and growth of SAFRAN (SAE), and support with key operations initiatives.

What you will be doing?

› Design and develop dashboards. Provide analysis to support business management and executive decision-making.
› Provide reporting (operational and finance) and analysis to Regional Manager (RAM)
› Perform review of samples to validate reporting and ensure data quality in collaboration with the CBS team using internal systems.
› Prepare forecast and pricing simulation
› Lead design and development of operationally effective solutions using the best available technology.
› Maintain and update the customer's profile (SOP, Traffic Analysis…)
› Propose and implement new & innovative ways (technology)
› Assist the RAM with Quality improvement (8D form)
› Prepare periodic presentation in collaboration with the RAM.
› Support the RAM with pricing and quotation.

Profile
› Master's degree
› Self-motivated and independent
› Able to translate challenging business requirements into analytical insights
› Have a good degree of proficiency in Excel and experienced with Tableau.
› Knowledgeable about advanced analytics and automation processes (i.e. RPA)
