We are looking for a Technical Analyst to support applications and systems supporting R&D organization. Within this role, you will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems, resolving network issues, configuring operating systems or developing administrative scripts (PowerShell).
As part of this role, you will also be the technical representative in small to medium project size and participate to validation of software.

To be qualified for this role, you should hold a degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Problem root cause analysis
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Document technical knowledge in the form of technical guide
• Support project team in small to medium project
• Write / Review / Execute validation testing
• Support SharePoint for R&D business
• Develop administration scripts

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux (basic knowledge)
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
• Knowledge in ITIL processes, Data Integrity or application validation lifecycle is a plus
