IT Asset & Order Management

Your role – exciting and challenging

In this position you are responsible for the complete procurement management of IT software and hardware components and have the following tasks in detail:
• You receive the user's requests by telephone or via the ticket system in German and/or English and support the user in solving his problem
• Support in the provision of hardware, software and licenses for users and their projects
• Purchasing of IT components and IT services from our suppliers
• Selection of suitable suppliers
• Maintenance and further development of the service catalogue
• Responsible for the optimization of procurement costs
• Inventory of IT components in our Asset Management Tool
• IT Warehouse & Stock Management
• Support for internal projects as required
• Creation of documentation and reports

Your profile – experience that adds value

• You have a completed commercial training, preferably in the field of IT, and have perhaps already gained some professional experience
• You have first experiences in IT support and in handling ticket systems (e.g. osTicket, JIRA, OTRS, or others)
• You have gained initial experience with ordering processes and can communicate well with suppliers
• You have technical knowledge of IT hardware components (e.g. laptop, monitors, smartphones)
• You speak German (B2) and have good English (C1) skills
• You work independently, are organized and have a high service orientation as well as a confident manner in dealing with employees and customers
