REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :3227€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Overall the role will involve but will not be limited to:
• Support Innovation Director in driving the company NPD (New Product Development) process, coordinating the different process steps from Idea presentation to product launch and Monitoring phase.
• The role implies close coordination with all departments involved in a new product creation: marketing teams on idea creation and presentation to the board – logistics and operations teams to coordinate feasibility checks as well as the test and production phases – financial teams to follow on costs and profitability – legal teams to check upon trade registration and regulations compliance– export teams to coordinate with distributor markets

• Organize, coordinate and deliver meetings and steps of the NPD process: define Gates meeting dates – prepare presentations and material – follow up with each team on the respect of timing and delivery of needed information – present conclusions and offer proposals
• Design and develop the templates and tools to support the presentation and implementation of the projects. Includes tools proposals, back & forth with key NPD teams for feedback, sharing & follow up with relevant internal teams, coordinating and presentation tools and projects at Decision gates. Gives upfront exposure to company’s CODI
• Contact and follow up with distribution markets, directly and indirectly through export team, to gather needs and feedback
• Support brand teams in brief design and agencies follow up
• Internal updates and market innovation searches

E: Technical Functional Skills and Knowledge Preferred

• Strong organizational capabilities – ability to coordinate and manage respect of timings
• Excellence in execution - showing attention to details, following good roll out of projects.
• Dedicated and persevering – able to keep pressure on all parts involved to secure respect of timing and work plan
• Languages required: Excellent level of written and spoken English and Spanish – French a plus
