fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Fil Control and Reyes Asia (www.filcontrol.com) are experts in sensors design and development, sales and mechatronic subcontracting solution for sourcing and production.
We are looking of an Electronics Engineer based in Reyes Asia factory (Chine, Wuhu).

Responsibilities of the job:

After a period of training in France with the R&D department, your task will include:
- Provide technical expertise to our sales manager, and technical support on and off site.
- Understand, help the define and report customer technical needs.
- Coordinate commercial and technical project information between Reyes Asia and technical department of sister companies.
- Industrialization & optimization: Design, setup, maintain and control any processes, tools or equipment, to reach the desired quality, efficiency and safety.
- Validate the manufacturing line before a first pilot run and first mass production.
- Insure the quality of the product throughout the manufacturing and testing processes.
- Implement IPC-A-610 standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Be the electronic referent by providing technical expertise and increasing electronics knowledges to all departments (sales, production, purchase, quality).

Profile:

Graduated in Electronical engineering, you have a good technical knowledge.
You have over 2 years in an industrial environment, preferably in China and in electronics
You are fluent in English and have at least intermediary skills in Mandarin. (you can communicate)
You are a familiar with electronics production (SMT, Soldering) and/or PCB design (schematic, routing, Gerber, Pick&place) and/or microcontroller (STM, Freescale, Microchip, Cypress, TI) and/or software development (C/C+ programming, DSP, CAN …), and/or SMT production.
You have strong problem solving, planning and organizational skills
You are ready to live in typical Chinese city with few expatriâtes
