REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :1814€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Poste et missions:

You will be part of an integration team which is providing 1st or 2nd line user support for our
technology. You will analyse incidents, problems & service requests. You will lead installations
and upgrades of the MACQ technology. You will be designing the client’s installation (in
collaboration with the integration team and the devOP team according to the ISO rules).

Profil:

Bachelor's degree in technical field with experience in IT or master’s in computer sciences.

o Basic knowledge in LINUX (prompt, folder browsing, download, ...).
o Knowledge on disk partitioning, virtual machine.
o Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware environments.
o Basic Networking/Server administration.
o Knowledge in managing packages dependencies issues in LINUX.
o Able to follow an installation procedure.
o Know the network rules (firewall, switches, NAT, VPN, ...).
o knowledge in openSUSE, Ubuntu and CENTOS is a plus.

Soft Skills:

o Communicate efficiently with the customer.
o Quickly understand customer’s network, issues, related issues and problems.
o Able to adapt the speeches for non-IT profile.
