Poste et missions:Description of the job:
A VIE for a Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d) has arisen at Airbus in Mirabel (Canada, province Quebec) for 24 months.
You will join HR Department from June 2020 (the dates are subject to a certain flexibility).
As a strategic HRBP for the Business, you will prepare and support the execution of business plans by translating the needs of the business into appropriate HR solutions, contributing actively to the optimization of the Business performance.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Participate in the development and dissemination of policies, programs, standards, rules or procedures for HR management, monitor and control them
• Recruitment: management of job postings internal and external, manage applications received (preselection, interviews)
• Participate in job fairs to increase visibility of the company
• Prepare hiring files, and ensure administrative follow-up in tools
• Administrate the reception and integration of employees
• Support and actively contribute to organization development initiatives
• Support the various HR projects

This role could involve travel for business, and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
• A consolidate first experience in HR functions
• A good handling of MS-Office package, presentation skills are very appreciated
• French and English: negotiation level

Soft skills:
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
