Poste et missions:

The HR Associate supports the Human Resource Manager for the deployment of the HR policy, programs, practices within the Alira Health Group and supports the objectives and business challenges through effective HR and talent solutions.

Talent acquisition

•Implement the talent acquisition policy, with appropriate processes and tools to ensure a solid pipeline of candidates matching Alira Health’s needs.
•Manage the pipeline of candidates through the talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, including reaching out to candidates.
•Enhance and maintain relationships with external recruiting companies, universities and business schools, and participate in student job fairs. Find new schools, fairs, and electronic job boards to reach high quality candidates.

Employer Branding
•Assist in the identification of target talent audiences, as well as the development and execution of employment branding strategy and tactics (e.g., company career site, social media pages, search engine marketing, mobile technology)
•Ensure appropriate media/messages target appropriate talent audiences.
•Establish measurements and track performance effectiveness of all employment branding strategies.
•Contribute to and implement a social media strategy leveraging the employer brand and employer value proposition.
•Actively participate in promoting the Alira Health employer brand.
•Demonstrate knowledge of Alira Health culture, business approach and behavioral standards.

Onboarding and Talent development
•Support the onboarding process for new employees, especially for welcome and training program
•Actively participate in various projects related to Performance Management Policy and Learning and Development plans
•Support the creation of new onboarding and training materials.

Administration

•Provides administrative work necessary to support the smooth communication and handling of employment contracts, internal announcements, and HR reporting.

Profil:

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

•University degree from a business school or from a university with a specialty in Human Resources, Psychology or Management, ideally with a similar first experience.
•Prior successful experience as HR Generalist/ Business Partner or Recruiting Specialist in international environment. Has a passion for applying modern HR and talent management practices in a fast-moving business context.
•Good understanding of consulting, or management services industry, international framework and multi-cultural environments.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

•Excellent ability to prioritize and organize tasks, managing time effectively.
•Self-starter, with strong autonomy, at ease with to managing projects in a collaborative environment.
•Ability to combine hands-on attitude in operational topics, good analytical and problem-solving skills and solution orientation
•Strong service-oriented behavior.
•High degree of flexibility and adaptability.
•Strong attention to details
•Excellent inter-personal skills, with collaborative mindset, sense of dialogue, diplomacy and open mind.
•Excellent verbal and written communication.
•Respect for compliance - in policies, regulations, and laws
•At ease with PowerPoint and Excel, comfortable with social media communication.
•High level of discretion.
•Fluent in English, other European language is a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
•Flexibility to travel and current passport.
•Valid work permit in the European Community
