Your responsibilities:

The HR officer is a role based at Tricel Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland and reports to the head of HR. The HR Officer will support both French sites and the headquarters in Killarney.

Your main missions will be :
- Support the management teams of the French sites on the HR aspects, including employees’ relations, disciplinary actions, recruitment, training and development and performance management, legal advices, staff representative (CSE), etc.
- Supporting HR related projects: put in place new tools and procedures both in Ireland and France (new policies, employee of the month, wellbeing day, etc.)
- Delivering of in-house training as and when required to ensure all sites are aligned to Group policies e.g. dignity at work training, performance appraisal training
- Reports on different HR indicators (absenteeism, turn-over & retention, etc.)
- Management of the HR portal and of the career website (with WordPress)

Who are you:

- Graduated with an HR or a labour law master’s degree
- Strong knowledge of the French employment law is an essential requirement
- French and English speaker & writer
- Dynamic, resourceful, problem solving skills
- Capacity to deal with sensitive HR information
- Willing to travel
