Job description

Coordinate and provide support in all Human Resources activities and controls within AM CIS, to ensure compliance, consistency and the maximization of productivity and thus support the principle of ‘the right people at the right place, at the right time and at the right cost.’
•Contribute to the formulation, implementation and monitoring of the Human Resources policies, procedures, processes to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment
•Participate in the development and maintenance of Job Profiles.
•Act as the Corporate HR point of contact for Human Resources practitioners in AM CIS.
•Coordination of HR activities within the AM CIS segment.
•Provide support to achieve TCOE and FTE optimization targets: Reporting, follow up and analysis on HR and Financial KPIs
•Provide support in matters related to the eGEDP cycle.
•Support on WFP for AM CIS
•Compensations & Benefits: Participate in salary surveys and job mapping, and continually review job grading and salary ranges for mining positions.
•Participate in the development and maintenance of organization structures.
•Participate in matters related to recruitment (including vacancy authorizations), promotions and annual salary increase and bonus processes.
•Provide support to L&D in the preparation of Career Committees within AM CIS.
•Provide support with talent management and succession planning.
•Coordinate HR Reporting (Monthly reports and quarterly BAR reports)
•Consolidate Climate Survey actions
•Any other activities and responsibilities within remit.
