fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

This position will assist the CFO and finance team on the reporting and on financial analysis. This person will be responsible of the follow up, support and analysis of all retail activities in order to improve OR, as well as the inventories of the company.

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Reporting:
o Prepare weekly trend analysis and reporting
o Prepare and create various dashboards for retail management
o Prepare month-end/forecast/budget packages for local and group management for all Retail activities
o Prepare reporting of the inventories (monthly, forecast and budget)

- Analysis and cost controlling :
o Be a business partner for the retail management
o Follow up of marketing budget with the head of marketing
o Follow up of travel expenses costs
o Follow up of other corporate costs and suggest optimization solutions
o Comment main variations vs last year / forecast and budget
o Prepare ad hoc analysis upon request

- Other :
o Follow up of CAPEX
o Follow up of Headcount
o Follow up of contracts
o Prepare Statistics Canada reports (Monthly/Quarterly/Annually)

Requirements/Qualifications:
· Master’s degree from a business school or university with a major in accounting or finance
· 2 years’ experience in similar position.
· Proficient in Excel; SAP and or Hyperion knowledge would be a plus.
· Very good communication skills, very good language skills in English
· Very detail-orientated, precise and accurate in data handling
· Self-organized and structured working style
· Excellent organizational competencies, flexibility and multi-tasking skills
· Dynamic and daring
· Team work oriented
