Poste et missions:

You will join Crédit Agricol CIB London and you assist the Head of Infrastructure & Rail and the Head of Energy & Natural Resources within Project Finance Distribution Department which include the following missions:

-Preparation of Debt Optimisation and Distribution (DOD) syndication opinions ;
-Comparable transaction tables ;
-Completion of closing memos ;
-Assist with power point presentations ;
-Assist with Excel spreadsheets reports ;
-Submission league table forms and follow up of deals closed ;
-Checking and challenging other bank rankings ;
-Using Debtdomain database when inviting banks into a transaction or for reporting/search purposes ;
-Update comparable file ;
-Help team in preparing bank meetings & complete call reports;
-Search of comparable transaction ;
-Conduct market research and present market updates;

Ongoing :

-Regular communication with the other DOD team members based in London, Paris, Madrid & Italy ;
-Writing call reports as well as meetings minutes ;
-Prepare various documents searched out of different databases (LoanConnector, Dealogic, Bloomberg) ;
-Regular use of Excel and Powerpoint for pitches and presentations ;

During this VIE, you will exchange with various internal teams such as Rating Advisory, Structured Finance, Debt Distribution, Capital Markets, etc. Also with external clients as League table providers, Investors, Banks, etc.

Profil:

Academic Background : Master Degree University or Business / Engineering / Computer science School

Specialization : Finance

Experience : Previous work experience in a bank.
