Poste et missions:

In charge of ensuring on-time and reliable KPIs and reporting to Business teams and Top Management.
Engage & ensure coordination between RPM , business teams and ICT to have clear requirements, tools in line with expectations and clear data analysis.
Major mission is to ensure data quality and analysis mainly in relation whith Operations and Sales KPIs .
This covers the following functions:

o Develop , maintain and run specific tools ( Excell , Access, VBA , VB scripts, … ) to support Central reporting team in day to day analysis
o Support to provide the special requests of data and business simulation by Management
o Support business to explain and clarify systems’ and tools’ results
o Key Person contact for IT on business topics
o Key Person in RPM, to support the launch of new projects and systems
Impact: Provide one to three typical examples of decisions made or actions taken that have had or will have direct impact on the organization (i.e. revenue, plant productivity, unit business development goals)

Profil:

• Education and Experience: *4 year university degree required– Engineering , mathematics, Statistics or similar through experience ( Experience primes )
• Fluent in English, French & Italian will be a +.
• Skilled & experienced in Excel , Access and VBA development
• knowledge of Databases and DataWarehouse systems
• Strong analytical skills combined with good programming ability
• Should be pro-active, result-oriented and possess good analytical ability and communication skills, to work with teams across different departments
• Flexible working hours
• Willing to travel if required
