You will be part of the Benelux Industrial Merchant entity based on Brussels.
The mission is in the business line Industrial Merchant, in charge of delivering customers by transportation, in bulk or in compressed packaged gases.

Presentation of the team
The team in which you will work is in charge of the technology & data management for Benelux in the department Industrial Mechant (Packaged Gases and Bulk). Our mission is to bring intelligence from data to business owners (sales team, customer service team, supply chain teams...) and to streamline the process. The team consisted of 20 people located in various cities in Belgium and in the Netherlands.
You'll be assigned to the continuous improvement manager, who coordinates the training of a pool of 30+ "change leaders", being the local relays of continuous improvement in each process of the company.

? identify, analyse and implement improvement opportunities, collaborating with the
business areas, to form a strong and effective operational team dynamic.
? Facilitate and manage improvement deliveries in line with the operational strategy, using
the right tools and methodologies.
? Build knowledge while sharing information in our community of change leaders

Objectives / Results expected
? PROCESS ANALYSIS & IMPROVEMENT : Participate in the identification of processes
under performing when technology can improve the lead time, the customer level, the
workload. Map and design the change required between the existing way of working and
the future processes to put in place, while supporting the required change management.
? DASHBOARD - TOOLS : Improve digital tools, training data and coaching material while
using new technologies and features. Build KPI performance dashboards to better track
results from improvement workshops given on a daily and monthly basis.
? TRAINING : Provide awareness training when needed to inform employees on tools and workshops
