We are currently looking for a Business Developer (m/f/d) for our Hamburg location:

WHAT YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

• You will participate in the growth of Modis by setting up and implementing a new sales strategy together with our team
• You will be responsible for the identification and active acquisition of new customers, to whom you will present and sell our full-service portfolio of staffing and consulting solutions
• You will maintain and cultivate your network of customers and ensure a smooth transition to the account managers for delivery

WHAT ATTRIBUTES YOU BRING ALONG:

• You have successfully completed your studies in an Engineering or Sales field
• You have already gained a first experience in Sales and/or Business Development in the Business to Business sector
• You bring first experience in customer acquisition, especially cold calling
• You have reached the B2-C1 German level and have excellent written and spoken communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
• You are a proactive, dynamic and organised person

Location: Hamburg
Duration: between 12 and 24 months
